The location of this countryside homestay is just perfect for a peaceful retreat. It's nestled away from the main road, giving you the feeling of being immersed in nature. There are some lovely walking trails nearby, and the painted monasteries are just a short distance away on foot. the hosts are friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of homemade treats to choose from.
The only downside to this rustic accommodation was the slightly squeaky wooden floors.

Nestled in the midst of natural beauty, with stunning views from Alpine meadows to beautiful fields and the forest, this hotel is an ideal location for a quiet retreat after a busy day of business. The family running the hotel was very sweet and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing wonderful recommendations for local events, the best sites, and places to eat. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, offering a fridge available for all guests, and with clean, well-functioning bathrooms.
While breakfast was excellent and cooked from fresh, local ingredients, it would have been ideal to also have dinner on offer, as the closest restaurant catered to many people and did not have a home-cooked or Bukovina-pension experience. It seems that "meals on request" refer only to breakfast.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. I especially loved the private balcony overlooking the fields, providing a nice view of the meadow. The attention to detail in the rooms, like the rustic yet super comfortable furnishings, added to the overall charm of the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of regional fresh products and local natural ingredients.
No major issues were found during my stay.

The serene location in the midst of the hills is perfect for a peaceful vacation in Northern Romania. the Sucevita 'painted' Monastery is just a short stroll away, making it convenient for visitors to explore the tourist attractions in the area. the cozy rooms and clean bathrooms offered excellent value for money. the warm hospitality of the hosts made us feel right at home. Facilities like a well-equipped kitchen and a common fridge add to the convenience of the guests.
Getting meals on request was not straightforward, as there was a bit of confusion about the description on the property's website.
